Seeuferhause Lynx (aka Bear)
Sire: Siegertal Uri (Rasmus vom Turnleberg, Imp GMY X Siegertal Qkizzie)
Dam: Seeuferhause Aska (Hannes vom Junkertal, Imp GMY X Rotvel Aussie Viggi)
Bear is medium to large in size, has very correct conformation, excellent substance and good bone strength. He has an excellent topline and super angles. His markings are great and he has a very correct, dry head piece with dark eyes and pigmentation.
Bear is an energetic male, with very high prey drive; you will need to lock him up when mowing the lawn!!
Bear was raised in a family environment with children and another dog, however due to a lack of appropriate leadership/socialising he is very boisterous and will need to be supervised around children. He shows potential for obedience and will make an excellent companion for an experienced handler.
Bear is for sale with full VCA registration and his vaccinations are up to date and he is also microchipped. Bear has not been x-rayed as yet but we can complete this for the new owners if they require us to.
CONDITION OF SALE
Seeuferhause Rottweilers will also provide the new owners with a voucher for an initial training / evaluation session with a qualified K9 behaviourist. In our opinion this is a pre-requisite for a new handler/dog relationship, especially with a young adult male.
The session will provide the new owners with insights into managing this dog, and will also be an opportunity to learn new skills with regards to handling working K9’s.
Individuals that are not prepared to attend this session with the dog need not apply.
Price: POA
